• We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery
  • All products must be returned in original condition with all tags still attached (unless faulty)
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on a carpeted surface
  • Swimwear may only be returned if the protective sticker has not been removed
  • To exchange an item purchased online, please return it using our complimentary service and place a new order online
  • If you’ve chosen to pay with Klarna, you can pause your invoice on Klarna's app or website

To complete your return online, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the returns form received and place it inside the parcel with the item(s) you wish to return
  2. Fill in all three Customs Invoice Returns (see instructions on the document)
  3. Attach one Customs Invoice to the parcel, and hand in the other two to UPS when handing over your parcel
  4. Attach the pre-paid return label on top of the old address label and remove other labels on the parcel
  5. Hand in the package and the Customs Invoice Return to your local UPS Service Point
  6. When handing in your return, you will need to mention your waybill number (find the number on your return label)

If you would like to exchange sizes, please return the item(s) you purchased and place a new order with the correct size.

To make an exchange or return in store, please bring the item(s) along with a completed returns form to a Filippa K store within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we are not able to accept online exchanges or returns in any of our outlet stores or department stores.

Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We aim to handle your returned purchase as quickly as possible.

You can follow the return tracking number on the courier’s website. When your return has been delivered to our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will then be refunded within 10 business days.

In store returns will be refunded to the same credit card from the original purchase. No cash refunds will be provided.
