The Filippa K team is getting back to working out – explore our favourite routines and what we wear to exercise at our best.

My absolute favourite workout is a full Barre class. It trains my entire body, helps me work on my posture, and it reminds me of the dance classes I took when I was younger. My studio had to close due to the pandemic, but luckily they held Instagram classes every day. Other than Barre, I also like to do yoga and meditate.
I am in love with this new Silver Grey colour! It is so easy to wear, looks good on everyone, and is perfect for Barre, Pilates, or yoga. The Gloss Bra Top and Cropped Gloss Legging set I’m wearing is very comfortable and lightweight. The legging is cropped which is perfect for me, and the compression is good for blood flow. The bra is crossed at the back which is very supportive and keeps everything tight.

My go-to workout is yoga in all forms – the type of yoga I choose during a session depends on my energy. After a quiet and restful holiday, I need more yang asanas to get a balance before the autumn.

Apart from my home yoga practice, I do a lot of Barre. I love the combination of graceful ballet and cardio, as well as my teacher Nicole! During quarantine I also started streaming “The Class” by Taryn Toomey. It’s a great way to move your body with elements of Pilates, free-style dance, and release – and it has great music.
I love the versatility of this look, it can be worn on the mat as well as going out throughout the day. The fabrics of the Trumpet Legging and Performance Body are functional and have a comfortable second-skin feel.

I’ve been loving my yoga practice during pregnancy. I’m trying out different kinds of adapted postures that focus on staying grounded. These are combined with meditation and breathing exercises that help me prepare for the birth.
This look is perfect because the Warm-up Cashmere Sweater is so soft, and I can wear it before, during, or after a yoga session. I love the maroon colour of the Seamless Open Heel Mesh Legging, and it goes well with the beige hue of the sweater.
Pilates is my favourite go-to workout. Whenever I have a lot on my mind or have a bad day, I take a Pilates class. The great thing about it is that you train a lot of different muscle groups and build a strong core. I’m very tall so if I don’t have a strong core, it will affect my posture.
I’m a really big fan of the Seamless Bra Top and High Seamless Legging. They’re perfect for your Pilates workout and for wearing at home because of how comfortable they are, like a second skin.
