RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To complete your return online, please follow these steps:
1. Complete this form and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return
2. Fill in all three Customs Invoice Returns (see instructions on the document)
3. Attach one Customs Invoice to the parcel, and hand in the other two to UPS when handing over your parcel
4. Attach the pre-paid return label on top of the old address label and remove other labels on the parcel
5. Hand in the package and the Customs Invoice Return to your local UPS Service Point
6. When handing in your return, you will need to mention your waybill number (find the number on your return label attached in your parcel)
- You can return any items purchased at filippa-k.com within 30 days of the delivery date
- All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty)
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on a carpeted surface
- Swimwear may be returned only if the protective sticker has not been removed
- To exchange an item bought online, please return the item free of charge and place a new order online
- If you’ve chosen to pay with Klarna you can pause your invoice at Klarnas website or in the Klarna app
Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as quickly as possible.
You can follow the return tracing number at the courier’s website. When your return has been delivered to our warehouse, you will receive a return confirmation via email. You will then be refunded within 7 business days.
Return in Store
When exchanging or returning in store, you need to complete the return form and bring it together with the item(s) you wish to exchange/return. It must be done in Filippa K stores, within 30 days.
For items bought in store, or purchased with our ‘Collect in Store’ service, returns and exchanges must be made at a Filippa K store and cannot be returned as an online return.
Please note that we are not able to accept online exchanges or returns in any of our outlet stores or department stores.
Refund in Store
Credit Card/PayPal: Payment will be refunded in store to the same credit card you made the online purchase with, with no cash refunds provided.
