What do you love most about Stockholm as autumn begins?

I love getting back to a more structured life when autumn arrives, like having a schedule to follow with lots of self care and making healthy food from scratch at home. In the summer, it’s so much go with flow and late night meals and drinks. 

How does the change of season influence the way you dress?

I spend a lot of time in workout clothes during the autumn. I’ve been obsessed with the FILIPPA K Soft Sport tights for years. I probably have five pairs of them. I love pairing it with a nice cashmere sweater and a beautiful coat for when you’re on the go.

Are there certain textures or pieces you naturally gravitate towards in autumn?



I love cashmere and have so many cosy ones in different cuts and colours. I also love a good pair of jeans to mix up with shearling jackets. 

After so many years of working in fashion, what has become most important to you in the clothes you choose?

Now that I’m a mom on the go I seem to gravitate toward clothes that are comfortable to wear but still chic. I don’t like squeezing into uncomfortable cuts or wearing shoes that you can’t run around town with. 

Where do you find inspiration in your everyday life?

I walk a lot and love starting the morning in Hagaparken which is so beautiful. The colours of the trees and the water is the best way to wake up and it keeps me sane and happy. My son plays ice hockey every day which also brings me so much joy seeing the kids enjoy themselves. 

What are you looking forward to this autumn?



I’m looking forward to hopefully spending a little more time at home since I’ve been away every week since the summer ended. Also nice dinners with friends, lots of hockey tournaments, date nights and wearing cosy clothes.
