Filippa K Online Store uses DHL for all shipments made to Sweden. We offer free standard shipping.
Normally the time of standard delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri), after Filippa K has accepted and confirmed your order. All orders are fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace.
Third party deliveries are possible for orders paid with credit card, meaning it is possible for you to place an order with shipment to a different address than your home or billing address. Please note, that Klarna requires that your order is shipped to your registered home address.
Filippa K collaborates with RePack, a sustainable choice for packaging. If you choose to use RePack, your order will be sent to you in a reusable RePack, which you can return empty by dropping it into a post box, anywhere in the world. If returning with clothes, please follow normal return procedure. As a thank you, a discount voucher which can be used on your next Filippa K purchase, or any other brand also working with RePack, will be sent to you as soon as your returned RePack is received.
The Filippa K Online Store ships to most countries worldwide.
- You can return any items purchased on Filippa K Online within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty).
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on a carpeted surface.
- For hygiene reasons our swimwear have a protective sealing and are therefore returnable and exchangeable if returned in original condition, with all protective sealing and all tags still attached.
- To exchange an item bought online, please return the item free of charge and place a new order online.
To complete a safe and convenient return online free of charge, follow these three simple steps:
1. LOG IN to your account on www.filippa-k.com to request your return. Make sure you have selected your shipping country of choice before you log in. When you have completed the request, your return ID will be sent via email.
2. COMPLETE THE RETURNS NOTE with your ORDER NUMBER and RETURN ID. Place the note inside the parcel.
3. ATTACH THE PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL on top of the old address label and hand in at your nearest DHL Service Point within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Filippa K's selected postage labels and delivery service. In case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. Filippa K is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent with a different courier.
You may also exchange or return an item bought online in a Filippa K store in the same country, within 30 days. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to find your nearest store that can receive an online return*.

REFUND IN STORE
Credit Card / Pay Pal: Payment will be refunded in store to the same credit card you made the online purchase with, with no cash refunds provided.
KLARNA: For security reasons, we may not refund in cash or onto a credit card if you’ve chosen to pay with Klarna. You will receive an in-store gift card that equals to what you have paid for the item(s) you return. Please note, that you must still pay your debt to the payment provider (i.e. Klarna).
