Payments

Filippa K Online Store accepts all major credit cards and in addition also offers Klarna Invoice & PayPal as a possible method of payment. Filippa K Gift certificates are not accepted as method of payment online at this time.


CREDIT CARD

We will not charge your credit card until the date we ship your order to you; however the total order sum is reserved until your order is dispatched (may vary between banks). All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

The following credit cards are accepted by Filippa K Online Store:

KLARNA INVOICE / KONTO

We offer invoice payments with Klarna Invoice and Klarna Konto. Payments with Invoice must be fulfilled within 14 days otherwise a delayed fee is added. With Klarna Konto you can choose to part-pay your purchase monthly.
When choosing this payment method at checkout a standard credit check is made. Please note that when choosing Klarna your shipping address have to be your registered residence.

For security reasons, we may not refund in cash or onto a credit card when you return an item in store if you’ve chosen to pay with Klarna. You will receive an in-store gift card that equals to what you have paid for the item(s) you return. Please note, that you must still pay your debt to the payment provider (i.e. Klarna).

 

ADJUST PAYMENT DATE

To adjust the payment date of your order, you must turn to Klarna. If you've returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and the date that your payment is due is near, we'd recommend that you mark the item as returned in the Klarna portal here.

If you have any questions about extending your payment period, please contact Klarna Customer Service here. Filippa K cannot extend it for you.

You'll automatically receive a reminder from Klarna if the date that your payment is due passes. If you've received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact Klarna Customer Service.

 

If you're waiting for your refund:

Once your return has been completed by Filippa K, you'll get an updated invoice, from Klarna. Our refunds normally take 3 – 5 business days (during and after sale a bit longer). You will then receive your refund from Klarna within 3 – 5 working days to your chosen account. If you have any questions about your Klarna account, please contact Klarna Customer Service.

 

PAYPAL

Make fast and safe payments using PayPal. When using your registered PayPal account, your payment details are never shared with Filippa K. PayPal takes the payment from your card once the order has been shipped from warehouse.

PRICING POLICY AND CHARGES

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) for orders that are shipped to Sweden. All prices include country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order in the check-out step.

Prices on Filippa Ks global website are displayed in Euro (€). Please note that we currently only ship to customers in the EU and Norway. Sign up to our newsletter to be informed when we will be offering online sales to your country.
