Filippa K collaborates with RePack, a sustainable choice for packaging. If you choose to use RePack, your order will be sent to you in a reusable RePack, which you register upon arrival and then simply return by dropping into any postbox, anywhere in the world. As a thank you, a discount voucher which can be used on your next Filippa K purchase, or any other brand also working with RePack, will be sent to you as soon as your returned RePack is received.

The Filippa K Online Store ships to most countries worldwide.
- You can return any items purchased on Filippa K Online within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty).
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on a carpeted surface.
- For hygiene reasons our swimwear have a protective sealing and are therefore returnable and exchangeable if returned in original condition, with all protective sealing and all tags still attached.
- To exchange an item bought online, please return the item free of charge and place a new order online.

To complete a safe and convenient return online free of charge, follow these three simple steps:
1. Log in to your account on www.filippa-k.com to request your return. Make sure you have selected your shipping country of choice before you log in. When you have completed the request, your return ID and your DHL ref. number will be sent via email.
2. Fill in the provided returns note enclosed in your delivery and place it inside the parcel.
3. Call DHL Express to book a collection of your return (Mon-Fri). You will find the correct phone number to your local DHL Express office and your DHL ref. number in the email sent to you (step 1). Please do not hand in your return to a DHL service point.

We prefer that items you wish to return are sent to us through the Filippa K Return Service as this ensures that they are protected and insured during transit.
Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Filippa K's selected postage labels and delivery service. In case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. Filippa K is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent with a different courier.
To exchange an item bought online, please return the item free of charge and place a new order online. Items purchased on the Filippa K Online Store are also exchangeable (not returnable) into a different size or colour in Filippa K’s own stores in subject to availability.
Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser’s credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
You can exchange (not return) the item into a product with the same price or higher in one of our retail stores, subject to availability. You will need to present the receipt you received from the Online Store to the retail store. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable online or in Filippa K stores.
