Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-day return & exchange policy is applicable to all sale items. If you would like to exchange a product that is now out of stock, you can sign up to get notified if it arrives back in stock.
The Filippa K Online Store uses UPS for all shipments made to the US. Prices are shown in USD and include customs duties. Swedish VAT has been deducted.
Normally the time of standard delivery within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri), after Filippa K has accepted and confirmed your order. Delivery may be extended during sale periods, please refer to the checkout page for an updated estimate for your region.
All orders are fully traceable using UPS Tracking.
We offer free standard delivery to all shipping locations for purchases with a minimum of 150 USD. To view express or alternative shipment options, please select your delivery location at checkout.

How to Exchange & Return Online - Free of Charge
To complete a safe and convenient return online free of charge, for both orders made with UPS, follow these three simple steps:
1. Complete the Return form and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Attach the pre-paid return label on top of the old address label and remove or delete other labels on the parcel.
3. Hand in the package and the Customs Invoice Return to your local UPS Service Point within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. When booking the return, you will need to mention Filippa K’s customer number: 1W4140.
- You can return any items purchased at the Filippa K Online Store within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty).
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on a carpeted surface.
- Swimwear may be returned only if the protective sticker has not been removed.
- To exchange an item bought online, please return the item free of charge and place a new order online.
We recommend that you use our convenient and free returns service when returning or exchanging your purchase.
Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
