Responsibilities

Filippa K’s philosophy centres on style, simplicity and quality. Important for us is to create products that we are proud of, both the design, quality, the value for money, but also for the working environmental conditions for everyone involved in our production. Only in this way can we measure up to those demands our customers place on us. To achieve this we have set an ongoing strategy for step-by-step improvements.

At Filippa K we care about how our operations affect people and the environment. This section explains what we have done, and what we intend to do.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct states the conditions that should be applicable to our company’s production and purchase cycle and it is a part of our contract with all our suppliers. Based on human rights and ILO conventions, our Code of Conduct encompasses our suppliers and its implementation.

We wrote our first Code of Conduct in 2000. In 2008 we became a member of the Fair Wear Foundation and drew up a working plan, approved by FWF, for our work environment activities.

At Filippa K we believe that only by maintaining a presence and conducting a high-quality dialogue with our suppliers can we create change – inspections alone are never enough.

We believe in a long-term commitment where we, together with suppliers and Fair Wear Foundation will be able to make the biggest difference.
